How long does it take to get my order?

  • Depends on where you are. Orders normally take between 3 – 5 business days to arrive.

What if I don’t like it?

  • If you wouldn’t jump into shark infested waters to get your Frost Buddy after 30 days and you like drinking warm drinks, then FrostBuddy is probably not for you.

What Drinks will it fit?

  • Universal Buddy:
    • Most 300ml to 500ml cans and bottles.
  • Wine Buddy:
    • Most 750 ml wine, champagne and shooter bottles.

Where do I get a drinking lid and straw for my Universal Buddy?

  • You can buy one on this website under accessories.

How long does it keep my drink cold?

  • Frost Buddy will keep your drink cold for 12+ hours depending on situation. Hot drinks for 6+ hours.

Is it Dish Washer Safe?

  • We only recommend hand wash for longer lifespan!

Is the Universal Buddy top-heavy with normal cans?

  • You don’t have to worry about your buddy tipping over. It is not top heavy.

Do I put this in the freezer?

  • Nope, just pop a cold can or bottle out of the fridge or cooler & the Frost Buddy will keep it cold!

Will it float?

  • Only if you have a beverage in it. It does not sit upright. We do not advise testing this theory!

Will this make your hands cold?

  • Quite the opposite! The drink stays cold & the outside stays nice and warm
